Not betting advice

Nothing on Gridiron Reads is betting, financial or legal advice. Projections, win chances, picks against the spread, edges and QB scenarios are model estimates. They can be wrong, and past results don't guarantee future results. Any decision you make with them, including any bet, is your own, and so is the risk.

We don't take bets

Gridiron Reads is not a sportsbook. We don't take wagers, hold money for wagers or pay out winnings. Buying a pass buys access to our analysis, not a bet. No sportsbook pays us, and we don't link to or advertise for one.

Betting lines

Where we show a market line (point spread), it comes from a third-party data provider: usually DraftKings' line, otherwise a consensus of sportsbooks. It's shown as plain text next to our own model line. Lines move, so the one shown may be out of date. DraftKings doesn't sponsor or endorse Gridiron Reads.

Data and scores

Schedules, scores, stats, injuries and lines come from third-party sources, including balldontlie, The Odds API and nflverse. They can be late, incomplete or wrong. Live scores can lag the game by a minute or more and aren't official.

Not affiliated with the NFL

Gridiron Reads is independent. Not affiliated with or endorsed by the NFL or any NFL team. Team names and abbreviations are used only to identify the teams playing, and all trademarks belong to their owners.
