Terms of Service
Last updated October 21, 2026
These Terms are an agreement between you and RVScript LLC, doing business as Gridiron Reads ("Gridiron Reads", "we", "us"). They cover the website gridironreads.com, the Gridiron Reads Android app and the Gridiron Reads API (together, "the service"). By creating an account, buying a pass or using an API key, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Disclaimer, which are part of these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
1. Who can use Gridiron Reads
You must be 18 or older and live in the United States. You can't use the service where it is against the law. One account is for one person.
2. Your account
Give us a real email address and keep your password safe. Don't share your sign-in, your paid access or your API keys with anyone. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at support@gridironreads.com if you think someone else is using it.
3. What Gridiron Reads is
Gridiron Reads publishes projections, picks and statistics for entertainment and information only. It is not betting advice, and we don't accept wagers. Picks and projections are as of the time we publish them; injuries, lineup changes and line moves after that aren't reflected. Past results don't predict future results, and no pick is guaranteed to win. Scores, lines and other data come from third parties and can be late or wrong. You alone decide what to do with what you read here, including whether to bet, and you are responsible for following the laws where you are. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, call 1-800-GAMBLER.
4. Free and paid features
The free account includes the features listed as Free on the Pricing page. A pass unlocks the paid features listed there for the time it covers. We may add, change or remove features, data sources or sports. If we remove a main paid feature before your pass ends, we will offer a partial refund for the unused time.
5. Payments and refunds
Passes are sold on gridironreads.com and paid through Stripe. The price is shown before you pay. The Rest-of-2026 season pass is a one-time payment that lasts through the end of the 2026 NFL season (the Super Bowl). It does not renew, and you won't be charged again. Prices can change for future purchases, never for a pass you already bought.
Refunds: all sales are final. Passes are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise or as section 4 says. If you cancel, you keep paid access until your cancel date, which is the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again. A losing pick or projection is not a reason for a refund. To ask, email support@gridironreads.com from your account's address. If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of asking us first, we may suspend the account while the dispute is open.
6. The API and API keys
API keys are for your own use. They are personal, confidential and can be revoked. Keep within the rate limits and the documentation. You may use API data in your own app or analysis, but you may not resell, sublicense or redistribute it as a data feed or a competing service, or share your key. The API is provided without any uptime promise, and we may change endpoints, limits or fields. We may revoke a key that breaks these Terms or puts the service at risk.
7. What you may not do
You agree not to:
- copy, repost, resell or share paid picks, projections or other paid content, including in chats, groups or channels;
- run a picks or tipping service built on our content;
- scrape the website or app, or use bots or other automated tools, except through the API as allowed above;
- get around paid access, rate limits or security, or reverse engineer the service;
- use more than one free account to avoid limits, or let others use your account;
- give false account or payment details;
- harass our staff or other people;
- use the service for anything unlawful.
8. Our content
The projections, picks, analysis, software, design and the Gridiron Reads name and logo belong to us. While you follow these Terms, we give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the service for your own non-commercial purposes (and, for API keys, as section 6 allows). Everything else is reserved.
9. Other companies' data, names and links
Some data comes from third-party providers, and their names, team names and other marks belong to their owners. Gridiron Reads is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NFL or any NFL team. Links to other sites, such as ncpgambling.org, are for your convenience; we don't control those sites and aren't responsible for them.
10. Suspending or ending your account
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or end your account, your pass or your API keys if you break these Terms, share or resell paid content, are under 18, give false details, reverse a payment through a chargeback, use the service where it is unlawful, or if the law requires it. Where the law allows, we won't refund a pass we end for these reasons. We may also stop offering the service; if we do before your pass ends, we will refund the unused part. Sections 8 and 11 to 16 keep applying after your account ends.
11. No warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DON'T PROMISE THAT ANY PICK OR PROJECTION WILL BE RIGHT OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
12. Limit of liability
TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS: WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY BETTING OR GAMBLING LOSSES, OR FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ABOUT THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF WHAT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR $50. Some states don't allow some of these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
13. Your responsibility for misuse
If a claim is made against us because you broke these Terms or the law, or because of bets you placed, you agree to cover our reasonable costs, including legal fees, to the extent the law allows.
14. Disputes and governing law
If you have a problem, email support@gridironreads.com first and give us 30 days to fix it. The laws of the State of New York govern these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Either of us may bring a claim in small claims court where you live. Otherwise, claims must be brought in the state or federal courts in New York County, New York, and we both agree to those courts. Each of us may bring claims only individually, not as part of a class, to the extent the law allows.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We change the date at the top, and before a material change takes effect we tell you by email or with a notice on the site and in the app. If you keep using the service after the change takes effect, the new Terms apply. If you don't agree, stop using the service; if the change hurts a pass you already bought, ask us for a refund of the unused part.
16. Other terms
These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Disclaimer are the whole agreement between us about the service. If a court finds part of them unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a term right away, we can still enforce it later. You can't transfer these Terms; we may transfer them to a business that takes over the service, including a company we form to run it. We aren't responsible for delays or outages caused by things outside our reasonable control.
